Have Your Mold Samples Analyzed
You can collect mold samplings using
Scotch tape lift sampling
or submit a small (e.g., 2 inch by 2 inch) bulk sample of a moldy
piece of drywall, wood, carpeting, etc. When you pay for whatever number
of mold lab analyses you wish to have done, we will email you a paid lab
receipt, the address of the mold lab with whom we have a testing
contract, and the
chain of custody form you will need to complete to send
your mold samplings and lab
payment receipt.
►Read
the
Scotch tape
lift sampling instructions and the EnviroDangers™
Chain of Custody mold laboratory form
on how you can use Scotch tape to collect mold samples
from both visible mold growth and suspect surfaces (with no
visible mold growth) of walls, ceilings, floors, attics, crawl spaces,
basements, room air conditioners, heating/cooling equipment and ducts,
furniture and appliances, carpeting/padding, and all other surfaces
inside your home, condominium, apartment, office, workplace, school, or
other building.
►The Scotch lift tape samples or the bulk samples you take can be used
by the mold lab for either or both direct examination mold lab
analysis (called "non-viable" analysis), which will be completed within
2 to 3 days after the lab’s receipt of your samples; and/or for
viable/cultured mold lab analysis (in which a mold sampling is
inoculated into a growth medium to grow the sample for 7 days to
maximize the accuracy of mold species identification and
quantification---expect lab results within 8 to 10 days after the
lab’s receipt of your samples).
Direct examination (non-viable)
provides you with mold species identification and spore counts for both
living and dead
mold spores, whereas
viable/cultured analysis provides you with mold species identification
and mold colony counts grown only from living mold spores.
►You pay to Mold Mart a lab analysis fee for each Scotch lift tape
sample or
bulk sample that
you submit for mold lab analysis and a written mold lab report to the
mold lab. Prior to sending your sending your Scotch lift tape
samples or
bulk samples to
the mold lab, you need to complete
first the EnviroDangers™
Chain of Custody and to get your
Mold Mart
payment receipt for mold lab
analysis.
►To
pay, you decide how many samples you want done by direct examination
(non-viable), at $60 each, and how many samples by cultured examination
(viable), at $75 each. You can pay with your Visa card, Master Card,
American Express card, or US bank checking or savings account transfer
through the PayPal payment buttons below. PayPal is a FREE internet payment service in which your credit card or
bank account info
is NOT disclosed to any vendor. When you click on a PayPal payment
button below, you will have the opportunity to enter how many samples
for which you wish to pay the mold analysis fee (e.g., one, two, ten, or
whatever). You can also pay with your check or money order payable to
Enviro Mold Mart USA, P.O. Box 32002, Mesa, AZ 85275, USA, to which
address you can mail both your payment and your mold samples for mold
lab analysis.
